Outdoor yoga classes return to Grandview Park this Sunday with sweeping views of the Pittsburgh skyline replacing studio walls for the practice’s 12th season.

Ashley O’Hara, of former BYS Yoga in the South Side, will lead the weekly sessions beginning at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Classes are designed for all skill levels and operate on a pay-what-you-can basis with suggested donations of $10 to $20.

The classes will run through September, weather permitting. No advance registration is required for the Mount Washington sessions.

Grandview Park Yoga has attracted participants for more than a decade with its combination of stretching, meditation and panoramic city views. The classes occasionally feature meditative music and bubble machines that fill the air. It’s been a welcoming place to make new friends or reconnect with old ones.

Classes will be held weekly throughout the summer months, with weather conditions determining any cancellations.
