Class will be each Saturday from 1-2 p.m. If possible, children should bring their own chess sets.
The Teen Advisory Group will have a Pizza and Planning Party for 2007 on Thursday, Jan. 11 at 5 p.m. Bring ideas and a friend to help plan teen-oriented library activities for the New Year.
Take a trip to the farm on Saturday, Jan. 13 at 11:30 a.m. when the Carnegie Characters Story Theater comes to the South Side branch. Humorous stories about cows, horses and cowhands will be presented to children ages 2-12 with their families. A craft time follows. This is the first of the Special Saturday family programs for 2007.
